WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (53 of 62 states)
I'M UNSURE WHICH CLOTHING SIZE TO ORDER?
All items are in Asian sizes which run smaller than EUR/US/UK sizes. We advise customers to check individual size charts carefully before ordering, the product size charts contain measurements of the actual garment and not intended body measurements. We recommend comparing them to an item you already own. If you're still unsure please message us with your height and weight and the product/s you are unsure on and we will do our best to help.
I'M UNSURE WHICH SHOE SIZE TO ORDER?
As these are Asian sizes we recommend to select the size based on longest part of your foot measurement (heel to toe) plus 0.5-1.5 cm for space at the front of the shoe, rather than based on your usual size from other brands.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE on all orders. Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering (including house number) and in English only. We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered due to an incomplete address.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our order processing times are 1-7 business days depending on stock levels. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
All orders are fulfilled from China. Our customer service team are located in the UK.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If your order confirmation hasn't arrived in your inbox, please search for emails from: streetsofseoul (including your junk folder, it's usually in there!) If you still can't find it please get in touch via the chat.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please click on the 'view my order' button in your order/shipping confirmation email. This will take you to your order page where you will find the tracking information.
I'VE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
We work with multiple warehouses therefore you may receive part of your order in separate deliveries.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Contact us via the chat at the bottom of the page. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.
TRACKING STATES 'ATTEMPTED DELIVERY' OR 'DELIVERY FAILED'?
Please check with your local Post Office before contacting us.
HOW CAN I COLLAB WITH YOU?
We work with a number of SOS reps from all over the world to give our customers style inspiration. You can apply for our ambassador programme here. We'll let you know when we're ready for new recruits.
DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAX?
Your purchase may be subject to other import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the recipient of the parcel.) We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can return your product for a refund, exchange or store credit. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage to China.
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have any tags still on
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a refund, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via the chat at the bottom of the page, please include your order number in the message.
- Let us know the products you wish to return from your order.
- Await return address from us.
- Send your item via a post office or courier. Be sure to retain your proof of postage.
If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return these goods and ask us to replace them or get a refund. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
