Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to selected countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
Delivery time
United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days
North America: 7 to 20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
Asia: 10 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Import duties
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your location. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled from our production partners in Asia. Customer support is based in the United Kingdom.
Sizing & Fit
Clothing sizing
Our garments follow Asian sizing standards, which run smaller than typical UK, EU and US sizing.
Each product page includes garment measurements. We recommend comparing these with a similar item you already own to ensure the best fit.
If you’d like help, contact us with your height, weight and the item you’re considering, and we’ll guide you.
Shoe sizing
We recommend selecting your shoe size based on your foot measurement (heel to toe) rather than your usual brand size. Allow an additional 0.5 to 1.5 cm for comfort at the front of the shoe.
Orders & Tracking
I haven’t received my order confirmation
Please check your junk or spam folder for emails from Streets of Seoul. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us via the website chat and we’ll resend your confirmation.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order here. Alternatively, use the ‘View your order’ link in your confirmation email.
I’ve only received part of my order
Items may ship separately depending on warehouse location. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, tracking information will update accordingly.
My tracking shows attempted delivery or delivery failed
Please contact your local postal service before reaching out to us, as parcels are often held for collection.
I haven’t received my order
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us via live chat and we’ll investigate promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns policy
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Return postage to our fulfilment address in China is the responsibility of the customer.
The following conditions apply:
- Discounted items are final sale
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All tags must remain attached
How to return an item
- Contact us via website chat and include your order number.
- We will provide the appropriate return address.
- Send your item using a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue. Do not continue wearing the item once a fault has been identified, as this may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
